Over the past ten years, health and fitness have been my number one priority, worry and the source of my biggest achievements and failures. I’ll be the first one to admit that I am not the most toned person out there, nor do I look or aspire to be a professional fitness model (ok, maybe just a little, but that’s our secret, ok?). I am a regular person, with really average genetics. I was not blessed with a superhuman metabolism, and in fact I can gain weight pretty fast if I do not watch what I eat and exercise regularly.
Just like you, I fell for all the diet fads hoping that my weight problem will disappear in days. But all I managed to do was to lose some and gain double, causing me more frustration and disappointments. After years of struggles, I learned how to make the right choices, make eating and food preparation FUN and re-discovered the FANTASTIC rush of working out done right!
So after years of driving myself insane I have been able to maintain my IDEAL weight, be the healthiest I have been in years and, best of all, I have never been on a diet for the past five years and counting.

Healthy living is my passion and I am a certified Fitness and Nutrition Coach, on top of holding a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from McGill University. Every day I dedicate myself to staying up-to-date on new and innovative training techniques as well as the latest nutrition breakthroughs in order to pass this valuable information on to you, and help improve the quality of your life. Healthy eating and exercising are my lifestyle and I want you to learn how to make it your lifestyle.
A healthy lifestyle can help you have more energy (tell me you don’t need that!), boost your stamina and your metabolism, get radiant skin, fight infertility and improve your overall mood (now tell me you don’t WANT that!).
I am also not a hypocrite. I will not tell you that I never slip. Hey, I celebrate holidays just like everyone else, I travel, I attend family dinners and celebrations, conferences, business meetings, etc. Simply put, LIFE happens to me too. Just like you, I juggle my family and professional life and I know how demanding that is. I stay lean and motivated year round by following smart training sessions and eating a fun, delicious and healthy diet. Whenever I slip, I get right back up without dwelling too much over the speed bump. I will show you how to do the same.
