Ingredients
- 1 apple, cored, peeled and sliced
- 1 lemon, peeled and seeded
- ½ cup filtered water
- ½ cup ice
- 1 piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and crushed
Instructions
- Combine the apple, lemon, water, ice and ginger root in a blender and blend on “low” until smooth or the desired consistency is achieved.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy
