  • 1 apple, cored, peeled and sliced
  • 1 lemon, peeled and seeded
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and crushed
  1. Combine the apple, lemon, water, ice and ginger root in a blender and blend on “low” until smooth or the desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Pour in a glass and enjoy
