    The good news is, it’s no longer about calories because calories do not tell you if you are getting good or bad fats, good or bad carbohydrates.  There are foods but there are also superfoods superior to junk and cooked foods.

       Kelly, that is so so true. Calories are not worth much, if the right type of nutrients are mixed in. The inforgraphic is a guide, and for more info check out the links I posted at the top.
