  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup mango cubes, fresh or frozen
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • ½ cup 2% yogurt
  • ½ cup water
  1. Slice banana in 1 inch medallions.
  2. Add mango, banana slices and lemon to blender.
  3. Pour water.
  4. Add yogurt.
  5. Pulse all for about 1 minute.
