I’m one of those people who really needs to listen to music when working out. I’ve tried reading magazines and books, but they don’t really make push as hard as a pumpy tune does. I assume it’s imbedded in me from my dancing days (I used to dance professionally back in the days).

If you can’t get through a cardio session without some upbeat music here are my favorite 50 songs and the official start of the Healthyvore Playlist! It’s a mix of oldies and newbies and they total up to about two and a half hours of music! Enough for a full week of cardio without ever hearing the same song twice.
