Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 pineapple wedges
- 2 cups pitted cherries
- ½ cup soymilk
- 1 Tablespoon flax seeds
- ⅛ almond extract
Instructions
- Using a blender or food processor, process the banana, pineapple, cherries, milk, seeds and almond extract
- Pour in a glass and enjoy
