  • 1 banana
  • 2 pineapple wedges
  • 2 cups pitted cherries
  • ½ cup soymilk
  • 1 Tablespoon flax seeds
  • ⅛ almond extract
Instructions
  1. Using a blender or food processor, process the banana, pineapple, cherries, milk, seeds and almond extract
  2. Pour in a glass and enjoy
